FA cup champions Arsenal defeated Portuguese side Benfica 5-2 in the Emirates Cup clash on July 29, 2017 at the Emirates stadium.
Benfica opened the scoring in the 11th minute when Franco Cervi slotted the ball into the back of the net.
Theo Walcott equalized for the Gunners in the 24th minute and later scored in the 32nd minute to put the North London club ahead.

The Portuguese giants drew level almost immediately in the 39th minute from Eduardo Salvio shot but Arsene Wenger's men were too strong for the visitors.
Arsenal restored their lead in the 52nd minute when Lisandro Lopez scored an own goal to put the home team ahead.
Goals from Olivier Giroud and Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi were enough to extend the lead and seal the victory for the Gunners. The game ended 5-2.
Arsenal's next fixture will be on August 6, 2017 against EPL champions Chelsea in the Community Shield Final.
